TECUMSEH - The Nebraska Attorney General's Office is prosecuting two cases on arson charges following the last May's riot at the Tecumseh State Correctional Institution.
Lenaris Brown, 24, and Kyle L. Croghan, 26, are charged with felony arson valuing over $100. Damage to the 960-bed maximum security prison has been estimated as high as $500,000.

Inmates took over two housing units for 10 hours, causing an estimated $500,000 in damage.
Brown is serving a 15-year sentence for robbery in Douglas County. Croghan began an eight-year sentence for delivery of marijuana and burglary in July of 2012.
Laura A. Nigro of the attorney general's office has been appointed special prosecutor.
Preliminary hearings in Johnson County Court are scheduled on June 15.
