WAYNE - A Wayne woman will stand trial in April on charges of child pornography after her not guilty plea Wednesday.
Thirty-two year old Jennifer Bailey entered not guilty pleas to charges of child pornography and felony child abuse in Wayne County District Court on Wednesday. She was arrested back in December following a state patrol investigation that alleges that Bailey “traded or provided to another visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct with a child.” Court documents related to the investigation have been mostly redacted.
Bailey will appear next in court for a pre-trial hearing on March 2nd and will stand trial beginning April 11th. She's currently being held on $250,000 bond.
