LINCOLN - More than 200 miles of Nebraska interstate is shut down in both directions.
According to the Nebraska Department of Roads, the east and westbound lanes of I-80 have been closed from Lincoln to North Platte due to the blizzard that has hit the state.
The NDOR says roads crews are continuing to work to keep highways open in southwest and south central parts of Nebraska.
Travel remains extremely discouraged because of drifting and severely reduced visibility.
