NEBRASKA CITY - Police arrested a fugitive wanted on felony warrants from two states in Nebraska City Thursday afternoon after he allegedly offered to sell marijuana to Walmart employees.
The employees told their manager that Keir Anthony Grosse-Rhode, 28, was trying to sell marijuana in the parking lot.
Police say they found a commercial package of marijuana with a production and recreation number out of Colorado. Police Cpt. Lonnie Neeman said the man may have purchased the marijuana legally in Colorado and was trying to sell it to get some cash.
A car linked to Grosse-Rhode in the parking lot was reported stolen out of Montana.
Grosse-Rhode is wanted in Washington for forgery and robbery. He was arrested for suspicion of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and theft.
