COLUMBUS - Pawnee Plunge is extending it's hours for more fun on the late-summer weekends.
After the regular season hours end on August 9th, the park will be continue to be open to the public from 12 - 6 p.m. on the proceeding weekends:
August 15th & 16th
August 22nd & 23rd
August 29th & 30th
September 5th, 6th and 7th
Supervisors for Pawnee Plunge, Molly Smith and Emily Franzen, say the park has been able to gather enough staff to extend it's hours for the first summer since it's grand opening in May of 2006.
“Some of the hottest days happen past our closing date, so be want to just reach as many people as we can,” Smith says.
The water park will continue their regular hours from 12 - 8 p.m. until August 9th.
